Hormone Balancing
As a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Women’s Health, I will work with you one on one to get to the root cause of your gynecological imbalances. We explore a detailed intake including a history & physical along with appropriate testing to determine the culprits that may be contributing to your symptoms. The goal is to create a personalized patient-practitioner care plan to bring balance to your life and alleviate symptoms while correcting the issues.
Placental Encapsulation
I offer placental encapsulation as an add on for birthing doula service or as a separate accommodation. The process is performed in a food safe certified kitchen using a-septic technique. Birth Doula
I truly believe as Women, we each hold a uniqueness in our wombs that transcends humans from soul space to earth space through our birthing portal. When we are able to transcend our triggers, our pain, our trauma- we can better embody this “higher” part of ourselves. Allowing me as your doula to be the loving guidance for you and your baby is a true honor. We work together holistically in respect to your birthing plan. We will meet at least once prior to birth and once postpartum. I will be with you throughout the birthing process and for up to 2 hrs post birth. I offer guidance with lactation, life support and placental encapsulation as well. If cord blood banking is part of your birth plan, my certifications allow me to collect cord blood if needed.
Postpartum Doula Services
The postpartum period also known as the fourth trimester is so crucial for both mother & baby. With a focus on healing with food, this service provides time spent providing educational, emotional, physical and nutritional support for new mother & baby. With all the support needed during this transition to mother, a postpartum doula with help be your guiding light & energy.
A la carte I $55/hr 3hr min
Four 3hr days (12 hrs of support)
Eight 4hr days (32 hrs of support)
